OK Student Chapters
Our goal is to have a chapter at each law school in Oklahoma. Each year the chapter distributes NLG literature on each campus to familiarize students with the organization. We send press releases to student publications, and make other outreach for special events.
There are numerous benefits for students in joining the NLG, including the extensive resources available from the national office and networking with other students who share progressive values, and even the chance to learn from some of the most prominent radical attorneys in the country.
The Oklahoma Chapter is also committed to offering yearly low-cost CLEs on aspects of law not normally covered by the state’s law schools. NLG members receive discounted or free attendance at our events.
We also welcome the opportunity to speak to student groups or classes about our organization.
